Today's guest is a young bi man who immigrated to the United States at the age 10. He grew up in a heavily homophobic family and also beat cancer as a young teenager. This episode is long and will be broken into two parts. He has elected to remain anonymous.
The guest today is a 25 year old bi man and immigrant. He came to the United States at the age of 10 and hails from a very homophobic and rigid environment. He was outed to his classmates in middle school after experimenting with a very close friend of his. Later, as he as starting high school he got cancer and had to be pulled from school to receive treatment. He was a part of the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Our conversation got pretty deep as my guest really struggled with a lot growing up and didn't have the most supportive family.
